the pools are really nice and there are so many to choose from. enjoyed my double room with a garden view that had a comfy bed and a flat-screen TV. breakfast had tasty cappuccinos, but vegetarian options were kinda scarce. the shuttle to the beach was a big plus, with always a spot to lay down. relaxing spa treatments like the couples massage were great too!

I also encountered issues with the reception staff being slow during check-in. They took too long to check out guests, which made the whole process tedious. Management seemed a bit overwhelmed as well. they did not handle a troubling situation with a transportation driver effectively. It felt like there was a lack of management control in that area.
